Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la décima Conferencia Internacional sobre Negocios de Software, ICSOB 2019, celebrada en Jyväskylä, Finlandia, en noviembre de 2019. Con motivo de su décimo aniversario, el tema de la conferencia de este año fue "La primera década y más allá" y se centró sobre el desarrollo durante la última década, abordando el futuro de los negocios intensivos en software, así como estudios sobre ideas nuevas y emergentes. Los 18 artículos completos y 10 artículos breves presentados junto con 3 charlas invitadas, 6 artículos de investigación emergentes y un tutorial fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 52 presentaciones. Están organizados en las siguientes secciones temáticas: ecosistemas de software; gestión de productos de software; mejora continua y desarrollo de productos; impactos de la digitalización; educación empresarial de software; Startups de software y negocios digitales. |
