Este volumen completo proporciona una revisión detallada del estudio general de la hipertensión resistente asociada a la enfermedad renal crónica. Este tÃtulo está dividido en cuatro partes; el primero de los cuales proporciona definiciones, epidemiologÃa, caracterÃsticas, estratificación del riesgo y resultados de la hipertensión resistente y aparente al tratamiento. Las dos secciones siguientes exploran la fisiopatologÃa y el diagnóstico, el tratamiento a la luz de nuevas directrices, asà como los procedimientos y dispositivos para la modulación neuronal. La cuarta parte analiza los enfoques de salud pública sobre la hipertensión resistente, los programas educativos y la hipertensión resistente para los médicos generales. Hipertensión resistente en ERC brinda información actualizada a nefrólogos, internistas, cardiólogos y una amplia gama de otros médicos y profesionales de la salud que atienden a pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica. |
