Este LNAI 11499 constituye las actas de la Conferencia Conjunta Internacional sobre Conjuntos Rough, IJCRS 2019, celebrada en Debrecen, Hungría, en junio de 2019. Los 41 artículos completos fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 71 presentaciones. Las conferencias IJCRS tienen como objetivo reunir a expertos de universidades y centros de investigación, así como de la industria, que representen campos de investigación en los que los aspectos teóricos y aplicativos de la teoría aproximada de conjuntos ya encuentran o pueden encontrar uso.
