Este libro analiza la documentación del terrorismo de Estado como una forma de resistencia pacífica a regímenes opresivos a través de una investigación sustancial en archivos de derechos humanos que registraron violaciones perpetradas por la dictadura de Augusto Pinochet en Chile. Los colaboradores brindan un análisis en profundidad sobre la documentación, denuncia y resistencia de la violencia estatal y cómo afectó a civiles, activistas y víctimas. Además, el proyecto introduce investigaciones en contextos de transición (posdictadura, posapartheid y poscolonialismo) que muestran el papel de las prácticas de documentación para lograr la verdad, la reparación y la justicia. Este trabajo será relevante para académicos, estudiantes e investigadores en los campos de la ciencia política, la historia política, los estudios latinoamericanos y de la memoria. This book analyzes state terror documentation as a form of peaceful resistance to oppressive regimes through substantial research in human rights archives that registered violations perpetrated by Augusto Pinochet's dictatorship in Chile. The contributors provide in-depth analysis on state violence documentation, denunciation and resistance and how it affected civilians, activists and victims. Additionally, the project introduces research in transitional contexts (post-dictatorship, post-apartheid and post-colonialism) showing the role of documentation practices in achieving truth, reparation and justice.
