La serie de seminarios web se llevó a cabo en un momento de pandemia de COVID-19, cuando hay falta de conectividad fÃsica. Se cubrirán los temas de investigación de vanguardia en ingenierÃa civil y ambiental que van desde biogeotecnologÃa, hidratos de gas metano, suelos congelados, pruebas de rocas y la respuesta relacionada de edificios de gran altura bajo cargas de viento. Los contenidos hacen valiosas contribuciones a los investigadores académicos y a los ingenieros de la industria y proporcionan una plataforma para demostrar la investigación conjunta entre cientÃficos de la India y China. Estos son los primeros procedimientos de este tipo que demuestran y motivan una mayor cooperación conjunta en investigación en IngenierÃa Civil y Ambiental entre dos paÃses. Se hizo principalmente para motivar a los jóvenes investigadores a entenderse unos a otros y desarrollar una cooperación a largo plazo. The webinar series was held at a time of COVID-19 pandemic, when there is lack of physical connectivity. The cutting-edge research topics in Civil and Environmental Engineering ranging from bio-geotechnology, methane gas hydrates, frozen soils, rock testing, and related high-rise buildings response under wind loading will be covered. The contents make valuable contributions to academic researchers and engineers in the industry and provide a platform for demonstrating joint research between scientists from India and China. These are the first proceedings of its kind to demonstrate and motivate more joint research cooperation in Civil and Environmental Engineering between two countries. It was done mainly to motivate youth research scholars to understand each other and develop long-term cooperation.
