Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 16.ª Conferencia Internacional IFIP WG 2.13 sobre Sistemas de Código Abierto, OSS 2020, celebrada en Innopolis, Rusia, en mayo de 2020.* Los 12 artículos completos revisados y los 8 artículos breves presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 42 presentaciones. Los artículos cubren una amplia gama de temas en el campo del software de código abierto (FLOSS) y discuten teorías, prácticas, experiencias y herramientas sobre el desarrollo y aplicaciones de sistemas OSS, con un enfoque específico en dos aspectos: (a) el desarrollo de sistemas de código abierto y la cuestión técnica, social y económica subyacente, (b) la adopción de soluciones OSS y las implicaciones de dicha adopción tanto en el sector público como en el privado. *Debido a la pandemia de COVID-19, la conferencia se realizó de manera virtual. |
