Este libro constituye las actas minuciosamente arbitradas de la 13.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Metadatos e Investigación Semántica, MTSR 2019, celebrada en Roma, Italia, en octubre de 2019. Los 27 artículos completos y 15 artículos breves presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 96 presentaciones.
