Este volumen presenta artÃculos escritos en honor de Mauro Bussani y celebra el trabajo y las contribuciones de este renombrado estudioso del derecho comparado. El contenido refleja las diversas áreas teóricas y prácticas en las que ya ha dejado una huella duradera.
