Este libro destaca la investigación de vanguardia en economÃa y gestión de redes como un campo interdisciplinario, ofreciendo nuevas perspectivas teóricas, empÃricas y prácticas sobre la gestión, gobernanza, propiedad y control de cooperativas, redes de franquicias y alianzas estratégicas. Además, presenta una perspectiva de grupo estratégico sobre los franquiciadores y analiza tanto las cuestiones del emprendimiento social en las franquicias como las estrategias de franquicia para el emprendimiento indÃgena en Australia. Por último, ofrece un enfoque de capacidades dinámicas para la gestión de carteras de alianzas y analiza los antecedentes de las transiciones que tienen lugar en los ciclos de vida de las alianzas. |
