Líderes reconocidos en investigación en enfermería de Dinamarca, Finlandia, Islandia, Noruega y Suecia reflexionan sobre el liderazgo de las enfermeras, los avances sociales y el estado de la ciencia de la enfermería en sus países, y los éxitos y desafíos pendientes a los que se enfrentan las enfermeras.
