Este libro constituye las actas posteriores a la conferencia, exhaustivamente arbitradas, de la 12.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Aprendizaje y Optimización Inteligente, LION 12, celebrada en Kalamata, Grecia, en junio de 2018. Los 28 artículos completos y 12 artículos breves presentados han sido cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados de 62 presentaciones.
