Este libro contiene artículos revisados de la 12.ª Conferencia Internacional sobre Computación Científica a Gran Escala, LSSC 2019, celebrada en Sozopol, Bulgaria, en junio de 2019. Los 70 artículos presentados en este volumen fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 81 presentaciones. El libro también contiene dos charlas invitadas.
