Este libro constituye las actas arbitradas de la 14.ª Conferencia Internacional IFIP TC 9 sobre Elección Humana y Computadoras, HCC14 2020, que se suponía que tendría lugar en Tokio, Japón, en septiembre de 2020, pero la conferencia fue cancelada debido a la crisis de COVID-19. Los 31 artículos completos revisados presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados entre 55 presentaciones. Los artículos tratan de la relación íntima en constante evolución entre los seres humanos y la tecnología.
