Este libro explora la naturaleza relacional y dinámica de las desigualdades urbanas, incluidas sus formas visibles e invisibles. Al utilizar el término bastante esquivo de "incertidumbre", los autores se centran en aspectos específicos de las desigualdades urbanas que son difíciles de medir, pero que la gente siente y experimenta agudamente y, cada vez más a menudo, los percibe como injustos.
