Este libro trata de los intentos realizados por cientÃficos, investigadores y profesionales para abordar diferentes cuestiones emergentes en el transporte y la ingenierÃa geotécnica. Los artÃculos se centran en lo siguiente: (i) supresor de polvo a base de polÃmeros, (ii) materiales de cemento y hormigón, (iii) técnicas de conservación del pavimento, (iv) frente de escarcha en un túnel circular de una región frÃa, (v) estación de metro en zonas no suelo cementado, (vi) licuefacción sÃsmica, (vii) respuestas mecánicas del pavimento asfáltico en el acceso al puente, (viii) mezcla asfáltica tibia y (ix) comportamiento de los cimientos de pilotes. Este volumen es útil para los investigadores y profesionales que trabajan en el área de transporte e ingenierÃa geotécnica.
