La noción de queerness presentada en este libro parte de la visión de que el proceso de conceptualizar a uno mismo "fuera de orden" es fundamentalmente antidialéctico, negociado, polÃtico y espiritual. La negación del carácter queer manifestada como una forma de violencia epistémica y polÃtica colonial y poscolonial define la realidad como el choque de categorÃas ideales y no ideales. Se trata de imponer un cierto tipo de violencia y dominación sobre cosas asà ordenadas también por conveniencia epistémica, religiosa o polÃtica. La noción de queerness presentada en este libro parte de la visión de que el proceso de conceptualizar a uno mismo "fuera de orden" es fundamentalmente antidialéctico, negociado, polÃtico y espiritual. La negación del carácter queer manifestada como una forma de violencia epistémica y polÃtica colonial y poscolonial define la realidad como el choque de categorÃas ideales y no ideales. It is to impose a certain kind of violence and domination on things so ordered around for the sake of epistemic, religious, or political expediency also.
