La ciencia social computacional (CSS) es la ciencia que investiga la dinámica social y del comportamiento a través de la simulación social, el análisis de redes sociales y el análisis de redes sociales. La CSSSA es una sociedad profesional que tiene como objetivo promover el campo de las ciencias sociales computacionales en todas las áreas, incluidas las orientaciones básicas y aplicadas, mediante la celebración de conferencias y talleres, la promoción de estándares de excelencia cientÃfica en la investigación y la enseñanza, y la publicación de hallazgos y resultados de investigaciones.
