Este libro constituye las actas de la 12.ª Conferencia Internacional IFIP WG 8.5 sobre Participación Electrónica, ePart 2019, celebrada en Linköping (Suecia) en agosto/septiembre de 2020, en conjunción con la 19.ª Conferencia Internacional IFIP WG 8.5 sobre Gobierno Electrónico (EGOV 2020) y la Conferencia Internacional para la Democracia Electrónica y el Gobierno Abierto (CeDEM 2020). La conferencia se celebró de forma virtual debido a la pandemia de COVID-19. Los 11 trabajos completos presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados y seleccionados de entre 33 envíos. Los trabajos están agrupados en las siguientes secciones temáticas: desarrollos en materia de eParticipación; transformación digital; gobierno abierto y transparencia; y perspectivas de los usuarios. |
