Este libro explora poemas, novelas, leyendas, óperas y otros géneros escritos de la dinastÃa Ming. Se compone de dos partes: la historia literaria; y materiales de referencia completos basados ​​en la recopilación de varias cronologÃas. Al estudiar obras literarias individuales, el libro analiza las leyes básicas del desarrollo de la literatura durante la dinastÃa Ming y explora las influencias de las personas, el tiempo y el lugar en la literatura desde una perspectiva sociológica. A su vez, realiza un análisis contrastante de la literatura china y occidental, a partir de obras similares del mismo género literario y sus métodos creativos. El libro también investiga la relación entre la teorÃa literaria y las prácticas de creación literaria, incluidas las utilizadas en varias escuelas de poesÃa.
