Este libro constituye las actas de la 20.a Conferencia Internacional IFIP WG 8.5 sobre Gobierno Electrónico, EGOV 2021, celebrada en Granada, España, en septiembre de 2021, en conjunto con la Conferencia Internacional IFIP WG 8.5 IFIP sobre Participación Electrónica (ePart 2021) y la Conferencia Internacional Jornada para la E-Democracia y Gobierno Abierto (CeDEM 2021). Los 23 artÃculos completos presentados fueron cuidadosamente revisados ​​y seleccionados entre 63 presentaciones.
