El tema de este libro es la acción exterior de la UE en el derecho económico internacional, con especial atención al derecho de las inversiones. El objetivo del volumen es proporcionar al lector una evaluación de las tendencias y los desarrollos más recientes que han caracterizado un campo que ha evolucionado rápidamente y en el que la UE se ha impuesto como actor principal. El libro está dirigido a académicos, profesionales y estudiantes de posgrado, así como a funcionarios y jueces de la UE, todos los cuales deberían encontrar útil el tema analizado para mantenerse actualizados sobre un debate académico relevante para la jurisprudencia. Mads Andenas es profesor de Derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Oslo en Noruega.
